Elvana Gjata

Elvana’s career as a singer began very early. In 2001 she won third place at the song contest for children "Festival of Young Voices" with the song "Le te kendojme se bashku" . This award motivated her to continue. Supported by her father, Elvana took part in the first episode of the TV show " Ethet e se premtes mbrema " on RTSH where she finished ninth in the final of this spectacle. This opened the way for her career. In just one night she got into the hearts of the audience and was a celebrity.
After that she sang a duet in the national folklor festival show of TV Klan “Maratona e kenges popullore Qytetare " with the band The Dreams. In this event, the duo reached to the final.

In 2006 Elvana participated in the festival Kenga Magjike in which she attended with her song "Vetem zoti e di", in collaboration with Flori Mumajesi as composer and Andy DJ - Manager of Radio Energy in Tirana.

In 2008 was published her first album from the Record Label Supersonic  - Mames. The song "Te dy", which is part of the album became a huge hit.
In 2009 she published two videos in cooperation with EnterMedia Productions : Nuk Jane Me and Hitech.

In the late summer of 2009, the song "Turn U On" reached the top of the Albanian music charts for weeks. In 2010, for the first time were held the Balkan Music Awards in Sofia, and this single won the 3-rd place among the best songs from Albania.

In the tenth edition of Kenga Magjike in 2009 she participated with the song "Dhe Zemra Ndal" and she ranked second.
In 2010 she presented 2 videoclips : " Mamani Nejen " (Feat. Fugaa) and "A ke ti zemer".

In June 2011, Elvana won two awards in Albania as the best female artist and best song with the ballad “Me ty”.
Now Elvana is nominated in two categories of the Balkan Music Awards 2012 : Best song from Albania for 2011 and Best Music Video in the Balkans for 2011 with the song “Afer Dhe Larg””
